Cross Hill Junction Band is made of six individuals: Randall Duncan serves as the lead vocalist. Craig Kennedy contributes as both lead and backup vocalist, as well as playing the organ, piano, and synth. George Tacquard is the lead guitarist. John Haddad plays bass guitar. Mike Cerny is the percussionist. Rodney Enlow takes on the roles of lead vocalist, backup vocalist, rhythm guitarist, and pedal steel guitarist.
