A DFW native, Roman Canoy, also known as DJ Zazu, brings a musician’s ear to the decks, shaped by eight years of experience performing and creating music. His background gives him a deep appreciation for sound, rhythm, and flow—qualities that naturally led him to DJing since 2019.

As an open-format DJ, he loves blending genres and curating unexpected moments on the dance floor. Disco, funk, EDM, Latin, Brazilian—whatever the vibe calls for, he finds the right track at the right time, including the ones that audiences didn’t know they needed.
