John Matthew Landry is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and live loop artist. He is the lead singer and songwriter for the Beach Rock/Reggae band "Roots of Mine," based in Los Angeles. Recently, Landry had the honor of having two of his original songs featured in the new Kevin Smith movie "Clerks 3" and co-headlined a two-show cruise on the "Jay and Silent Bob Cruise Askew" from Miami to the Bahamas. He plays an eclectic mix of covers, putting his own spin on them by looping them together live using his piano, guitar, and voice, but he can also perform soulful ballads with just his voice and piano or voice and guitar.
