Phil Jacobson is a singer-songwriter, guitarist  hailing from Chicago, IL. With a degree in Studio Music & Jazz from the University of Miami, his style is a mix of Pop, Rock, Country, with a touch of R&B. He’s been entertaining audiences with his wide range of covers and originals since 2008 - everywhere ranging from restaurants and bars, famous music venues, festivals, and more. 

During his time in Chicago, he became a founding member of the vocal trio, The Shades, who perform nationally and appeared multiple times on the talk show, ABC’s Windy City Live. The Shades had the honor of having their sophomore album, ‘DRAW,’ exclusively premiered by Billboard.com. Their songs have now collected 1M+ streams across Spotify and Apple Music. Phil has had the opportunity to share the stage with a handful of well known acts, including: Rita Wilson, Lawrence, Eric Hutchinson, Sugar Ray, Gin Blossoms, Raul Midon, Casey Abrams, Kurt Elling, and Jon Secada.
